I know that life is just hard sometimes and that a good sense of humor and positive attitude can only go so far. Whether the hard times include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, addiction, dissociation, psychosis or you're not really sure what you need, we can work through it together!

I have a wide range of experience in many different settings which helps me identify the root of what is really going on. I've helped develop programs for residential and outpatient settings and bring that expertise to the session.
