I love working with clients who are currently looking for more balance in their lives, be it due to a life change or realizing they have been relying on ways to regulate that haven't been the best for them. I believe in using research-based methods to help my clients connect with themselves and their needs and give them proven healthy supports. I love working with individuals who want to explore ways to be more mindful and find support for all areas of their lives. I believe everyone is entitled to have grounding in the physical, emotional, sexual, and spiritual parts of their lives.

I help my clients identify realistic growth-minded goals. I work to be as authentic as possible to help establish a trusting relationship with my clients and try to help them know how to help themselves reach their own goals. I help clients find their confidence in order to be the one to help them make positive and lasting changes.

I know that finding a therapist can be hard, and on top of that finding the areas you need to work on can be vulnerable. I want to make that process feel that you are able to make these decisions for yourself, and I am simply guiding you and offering additional info to help support those positive steps.
