Hello! I’m an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC). Before starting graduate school, I spent four years as a technician at a specialty clinic for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety, where I received hands-on training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I’m also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a brief, eye-movement-based approach that can help clients who feel weighed down by difficult memories. Lastly, I have direct training with Neurofeedback brain-training!

My work is client-centered and collaborative—I believe people already hold the answers they need, and my role is to help uncover them in a supportive space. I enjoy working with motivated individuals who are ready for change, and I often weave gentle humor into sessions to create a relaxed, genuine atmosphere.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll usually find me kayaking, hiking, camping, or soaking up the sun—pretty much anything outdoors once the weather warms up. Originally from a small town in Nevada, I’ve called Utah home for the past decade.

" I help motivated clients uncover their own answers in a supportive, collaborative space—often with a bit of humor along the way. "
