I specialize in helping clients find balance and resilience, whether navigating a major life transition or recognizing that old coping strategies no longer work. Using evidence-based therapy approaches, I guide individuals in reconnecting with themselves, understanding their needs, and building healthier tools for lasting well-being. My clients often seek support with mindfulness, emotional regulation, and personal growth in the physical, emotional, sexual, and spiritual aspects of life.
As a therapist, I take an authentic, supportive, and collaborative approach. Together, we identify realistic, growth-minded goals that foster confidence and self-trust. My goal is to empower you to make meaningful changes while I provide guidance, tools, and encouragement along the way.
I know starting therapy can feel vulnerable, but I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel supported in taking positive steps toward healing and growth.

Supervision:
Hailey Maire-Grant is an Utah Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (UAMFT)-Approved Supervisor, having completed advanced training in clinical supervision. She offers supportive, growth-oriented supervision for:
-
Clinical Interns (master’s-level counseling, social work, or MFT students)
-
Preliminarily Licensed Therapists — including Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselors (ACMHCs), Certified Social Workers (CSWs/MSWs), and Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFTs/MFTs) — working toward full licensure
-
School Social Workers seeking professional guidance and structured supervision
Hailey’s supervision style is collaborative and strengths-based, focusing on building clinical confidence, ethical practice, and long-term sustainability in the field. She provides a safe space for emerging clinicians to reflect, refine their skills, and develop their professional identities.
AASECT Supervision:
I offer AASECT supervision for therapists pursuing certification through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists, including CST (Certified Sex Therapist) candidates. Supervision is available for clinicians in Utah and via telehealth in eligible states.
This supervision is designed to help you build real clinical competence in sex therapy—not just meet requirements. We focus on practical application, case consultation, and developing confidence in working with sexual health concerns in the therapy room.
AASECT Supervision Focus Areas:
-
Sex therapy clinical skills and case consultation
-
Sexual dysfunction, desire discrepancy, and relational concerns
-
Trauma-informed sex therapy (including sexual trauma)
-
Shame, identity, and high-demand religious or cultural contexts
-
Ethical considerations and scope of practice in sex therapy
-
Integrating modalities such as attachment, EMDR/ART-informed work, and relational frameworks
-
Navigating and completing AASECT certification requirements
Who This Is For:
-
Therapists pursuing AASECT CST certification
-
Clinicians expanding into sex therapy or sexual health work
-
Group practices seeking AASECT supervision for their clinicians
Supervision is offered in individual and small group formats, with a structured approach to help you track hours and meet AASECT requirements efficiently.
If you’re looking for AASECT supervision that is direct, clinically relevant, and focused on helping you actually do the work, this is likely a strong fit!
Consultation:
I offer professional consultation for therapists, mental health providers, and organizations seeking support with complex, nuanced, or specialized clinical cases. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Sex Therapist (CST) through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists, and group practice owner, I bring both clinical depth and real-world application to consultation work.
My goal is to help you feel more confident, clear, and effective in your clinical decision-making—especially in areas that can feel high-stakes or outside traditional training.
Consultation Areas Include:
Sexual Health & Women’s Health
I support clinicians in working with sexual health concerns, including desire, arousal, pain, and relational dynamics, as well as women’s health topics such as perinatal mental health, reproductive experiences, and identity-related care.
Boundary Work & Values-Based Therapy
I help providers strengthen boundary-setting in clinical work and integrate values-based approaches that improve both client outcomes and therapist sustainability.
Trauma-Informed Modalities
I offer consultation on integrating trauma-focused approaches, including EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and neurofeedback, into treatment planning and ongoing care.
Consultations are collaborative, practical, and tailored to your specific needs—whether you’re looking for case consultation, clinical guidance, or support in building skills in specialized areas.
If you’re looking for consultation that is direct, clinically relevant, and immediately applicable to your work, I think I can help you!
